PRc1: Project Priorities 项目优先

To promote achievement of credits that address geographically sensitive or adaptation-specific environmental, social equity, and public health priorities. To encourage projects to think creatively to test and accelerate new sustainable building practices and strategies.

Projects may earn points through any combination of the following achievement pathways, up to a maximum of 9 points for New Construction and Core and Shell. Additionally, 1 point is available for having a LEED AP on the project team (see PRc2).

1 point per Regional Priority credit achieved (maximum 4 points). Regional Priority credits are identified by USGBC for specific geographic locations and address local environmental, social equity, and public health priorities.

Credits achieved from a different LEED rating system adaptation that are relevant to the project type but not available in the primary rating system.

1 point per exemplary performance (maximum 2 points). Awarded for achieving double the credit requirements or the next incremental percentage threshold of an existing credit where exemplary performance criteria are specified.

1 point per pilot credit achieved (maximum 4 points). Pilot credits are credits tested by USGBC in the LEED Pilot Credit Library that may be adopted into future versions of LEED.

1 point per innovative strategy (maximum 5 points). See innovative strategy criteria below.

Awarded if at least one principal participant of the project team is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) with a specialty appropriate for the project. See PRc2 for details.

To earn points under the Innovation Strategies pathway, each proposed innovation must meet all of the following criteria:

USGBC has identified credits from the rating system as Regional Priority credits for specific zip codes. These credits address geographically specific environmental, social equity, and public health priorities. Projects may earn up to 4 points under this pathway (1 point per Regional Priority credit achieved).

An Exemplary Performance point is available for credits that include a specified exemplary performance criteria threshold. To earn the point, the project must achieve either double the credit requirements or the next incremental percentage threshold specified in the credit. Projects may earn up to 2 points under this pathway.

卓越表现积分适用于包含卓越表现标准阈值的得分项。要获得该积分，项目必须达到得分项要求的双倍或得分项中指定的下一个增量百分比阈值。项目可通过此路径获得最多 2 分。

Pilot credits are credits tested by USGBC for potential inclusion in future versions of LEED. They are available in the LEED Pilot Credit Library and may address emerging sustainability issues, new technologies, or innovative strategies. Projects may earn up to 4 points (1 point per pilot credit achieved).

试点得分是 USGBC 为可能纳入未来版本 LEED 而测试的得分项。它们可在 LEED 试点得分库中获取，涉及新兴的可持续问题、新技术或创新策略。项目最多可获得 4 分（每完成一项试点得 1 分）。
