To encourage team integration required by a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and to streamline the application and certification process.

Prerequisite / 前提

At least one principal participant of the project team must be a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) with a specialty appropriate for the project.

Qualifying Specialties

The LEED AP must hold a credential with a specialty that aligns with the project's rating system:

  • LEED AP Building Design + Construction (BD+C) — applicable for New Construction and Core and Shell projects / 适用于新建建筑和核心与外壳项目
  • LEED AP Operations + Maintenance (O+M) — applicable for existing building projects / 适用于既有建筑项目
  • LEED AP Interior Design + Construction (ID+C) — applicable for interior fit-out projects / 适用于室内装修项目
  • LEED AP Neighborhood Development (ND) — applicable for neighborhood development projects / 适用于社区开发项目
  • LEED AP Homes — applicable for residential projects / 适用于住宅项目

Note: For LEED v5 BD+C projects (New Construction and Core and Shell), the most appropriate credential is LEED AP BD+C.

Documentation / 提交材料

Provide the name, organization, and LEED AP credential information (including credential ID and specialty) of the qualifying principal participant.

Principal Participant Definition / 主要参与者定义

A "principal participant" is generally considered to be a member of the project team who plays a significant decision-making, design, or management role. This includes but is not limited to:
