To create buildings that are inclusive and accessible to all people regardless of age, background, and ability.

Comply with local accessibility codes, referenced in IPp2: Commitment to Equity.

Include at least 10 strategies from the following categories and subcategories that promote universal design and inclusive spaces. Where the project is less likely to be in control of elements in a category, the project may commit to provide implementation guidance to contractors, tenants, and/or occupants.
