Performance Option Requirements

Annual energy simulation per ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G rules. 按ASHRAE 90.1附录G规则进行年度能源模拟。
Replace cost with site-to-source energy. Use electric conversion factor of 2.0 based on future projections for the U.S. 用源端能源替代费用指标，美国功率转换系数2.0。
All energy must be met separately. 所有能源必须分别计量。
Model on-site renewable energy in baseline building at zero. 基准建筑中现场可再生能源建模为零。
Efficiency must exceed EAp2 minimum using the same Standard version. Point thresholds for energy + electrification satisfy EAp1 Path 1.

Residential (1–8 pts): Per Table point scale with ENERGY STAR Multifamily New Construction 1.2 v2 / HERS Index / PHIUS+ or PHI+ certification. Healthcare (1–7 pts): Include receptacle loads. Data Centers (1–8 pts): Per ASHRAE 90.4 or 90.1+ per EAp2. Tenant space receptacles per COMNET or equivalent.

Path Dual Registration 双路径注册

Projects registering before Jan 1, 2028 using 90.1-2019+ and later switching to 90.1-2022 must directly model the change; dual registered simulations from one model are not permitted. 从90.1-2019+切换到90.1-2022的项目须直接建模变更，同一模型双注册模拟不允许。
