INTENT 意图

To encourage building reuse and material reuse strategies that reduce the embodied carbon and environmental impacts associated with new construction, and to support a circular economy by extending the useful life of existing building materials and products.

鼓励建筑和材料再利用策略,减少与新建筑相关的隐含碳和环境影响,并通过延长现有建筑材料和产品的使用寿命来支持循环经济。

REQUIREMENTS 要求

Synergy with MRc2 与 MRc2 的协同效应:The embodied carbon savings achieved through building and materials reuse may also contribute to credits under MRc2: Reduce Embodied Carbon.
