If the project has an energy model that includes all energy used within the project, provide USGBC with the estimated annual energy use of each energy type.

If no energy model: provide project information (occupancy type, age of building, gross area, location, hours), high-load amenity information, and energy-related information.

USGBC will provide a 10-year operational carbon projection. The tenant (or owner for owner-occupied) must attest that they have reviewed the projection.
