To encourage and recognize the use of renewable energy to reduce environmental and economic impacts associated with fossil fuel energy use, and increase the supply of new renewable energy within the electrical grid.

Supply or procure renewable energy meeting the criteria below. Points per Table 1.

Contract length: 10 years minimum. Environmental attributes (RECs) must be retired on behalf of the LEED project.
