3.4 LEED Credit Categories

English(英文原文)中文(中文翻译)
LEED provides a broad range of green building strategies that address the impacts of the built environment on social, environmental, and economic well-being. Its prerequisites and credits are organized into credit categories, which are groups addressing fundamental aspects of sustainable, high-performance designs and construction practices.
While the strategies within LEED are organized into prerequisites and credits, which are grouped by category, they are meant to be considered holistically. Many strategies have synergies with each other. The Integrative Process, Planning, and Assessments credit category is designed to help project teams identify strategies that help meet multiple project goals.
LEED Credit Category Goals:

Integrative Process, Planning, and Assessments(整合过程、规划与评估)
• Prioritize whole-building performance and impact over isolated systems
• Emphasize the importance of early-stage interdisciplinary collaboration and holistic, iterative planning
• Use systems thinking to identify synergies among building systems and components

Location and Transportation(选址与交通)
