Option 1. Nonroof and Roof (1 Point)

Nonroof Measures / 非屋顶措施

Use any combination of the following strategies for 50% of the site hardscape (including roads, sidewalks, courtyards, parking lots, and driveways).

Roof Measures / 屋顶措施

Use roofing materials that have an aged SRI equal to or greater than the values in Table 1, for a minimum of 75% of the roof area of all new buildings within the project; or install a vegetated roof system (green roof).

Cover a minimum of 75% of the total parking spaces with a vegetated roof or a roof that has a minimum aged SRI of 64 (low slope) or 39 (steep slope). The roof must also meet the requirements of Option 1 regarding Nonroof measures.

Option 3. Comprehensive Heat Island Reduction (2 Points)

Meet Option 1, and additionally demonstrate a 3-Dimensional surface-area-weighted average SRI of at least 29 for all hardscape areas and all roofs, or include a vegetated roof that covers 100% of the roof area.

满足选项1要求,并且额外证明:所有硬质铺装和所有屋顶的3D表面积加权平均SRI至少达29,或采用100%覆盖屋顶面积的植被屋顶。

Schools / 学校

For school projects, install a vegetated roof or a roof with a minimum aged SRI of 64 (low slope) or 39 (steep slope) for 100% of the roof area and achieve 75% hardscape treatment of Option 1 nonroof measures to earn 2 points under Option 3.

学校项目须为100%屋顶面积安装植被屋顶或满足最低SRI要求的屋顶,并达到选项1中非屋顶措施的75%硬质铺装处理,方可获得选项3下的2分。
